We all have them. And once they become establish.. So glad you replied to the issue of not being a routine person. I struggle with this a lot myself. I have successfully employed my willpower to stop smoking, take 3 years off drinking, and become vegetarian and then vegan. However when it comes to daily meditation, morning yoga, or following a calendar I fall flat on my face over and over and over.

I feel a burning in my stomach just thinking about it however. It makes so much sense. I never realized how some things can just be part of us and just go unnoticed! I guess I just need to push myself in the beginning until it just becomes part of me. Just like the cold shower challenge I have 14 more days to go It feels really natural doing it now.
