I have purchased several books for friends. One person found this helpful. This beautiful book brings to all that read it a relief and healing within it's pages. When I first read it, I did so with the idea that many have claimed immediate emotional healing in their writings but all have fallen short. When I did the exercises within The Happiness Code, each time my phobias and emotional pain of the past disappeared. I never thought it possible before I read this book, to have something so painful immediately healed. I no longer am fearful of heights, spiders, and my painful past has been healed enough for me to even look at it with open eyes.
Needless to say, I would and do, as often as possible, suggest that everyone read this very helpful and enlightening book.
