Me Feb 17, I think you have made very important point. However, there is a need to distinct between 1 a blog which will be a business, and 2 a business which has a blog. Your case seems to fall under 2. You do not want to blog, you make money from the blog, it is just a way of marketing. My blog is a blog for blogging. To express my thoughts, and maybe make money as a side effect. There is a huge difference between those situations, and the differences lead the use of ads, guest posts and so on.
