Lone Eagle Grille reservations in Incline Village, NV | OpenTable
Very attentive, but not in your face service. One of our friends had crab cakes on crostini and she proclaimed it heavenly. Definitely worth the splurge. The dining room is spectacular. Excellent food and ambiance, but all entrees are ala carte and pricey. Side dishes and salads are extra.
Service was very good. The food was below mediocre. We've been going to Lone Eagle for years but last night was our first Thanksgiving dinner there. I made a reservation for TG dinner thinking we would be seated in the dining room and able to order from the menu. Not a bad assumption to make, right? So not only were we seated in a big banquet room, we were forced to pay a hefty ransom for truly mediocre food. There was quite a selection, and some of it good but the turkey and mash potatoes were poor.
Desserts were ok, mostly spicy hot which isn't conducive to a fun dessert experience. The manager came by our table to "address" my concerns in front of my guests and did absolutely nothing at all to make it right. He just said again and again and again that he put a big disclaimer on Open Table saying it was a buffet, and I told him I never saw that.
The head waiter asked if anyone had called me to confirm which he said was normal, and I received no calls. I should have gotten a hefty discount for this bait and switch tactic. I felt completely ripped off. It was too dark to see the lake, so what's the point?
I was not expecting for a ballroom with self service. Not bad in overall but did not meet the expectations not good value. I went for Thanksgiving dinner. I will go back to the restaurant again, but not for a holiday dinner. Their regular menu is better Corkage fee was outrageous. For the 5th year, we celebrated Thanksgiving with their special buffet.

But the offerings were spectacular. We wouldn't have asked for a more delicious dinner. But they get sold out every year and turn people away, so I guess money doesn't matter. We were a party of 10 at 5: We ordered salads and entrees at the same time. The entrees came out an hour after the salads and the entrees had clearly sat under heat lamps and dried out the meat. The manager was condescending. He ended up comping 1 entree but we live in town and will not be back.
If you can't handle a party of 10, don't take reservations. The sommelier was awesome she made the night. Everyone in our dinner party enjoyed the food and ambiance at the Lone Eagle Grille. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Although we had a reservation we had to wait for 20 minutes. Service was not flexible at all. Party of 3 had to sit at draughty window, since at the fireplace obviously a party of 3 is not allowed to sit even the restaurant was getting empty by this time.
Therefor we had to wear our wintercoats in an upscale restaurant I saw other people wearing furs and coats, too.
Lone Eagle Brewing, Flemington: Hours, Address, Lone Eagle Brewing Reviews: 4.5/5
The food was only lukewarm, and regarding taste only mediocre. Overall a very, very disappointing experience. Can not recommend this restaurant! We were sat by the fire and it was HOT I had high hopes for this place because it came highly recommended but each item I ordered was terrible. I ordered the salmon entree, was the worst salmon I ever had in America. Tasted like a salt shaker fell in. My husband had the fillet of sole and his was overly salty that his hands and feet were swollen afterwards.
My side was creamed spinach which again was horribly over salted and the chunks of what they pass of as bacon were gross. My desert was disgusting! I ordered the thyme vanilla cheesecake, what a mistake! Do the chefs not taste their food?! Thyme with cheesecake isnt inventive its terrible and the cheesecake tasted like old cheese. The ambiance was great but who cares if you're spending that kind of money on a dinner you're disappointed in. I expected a lot more out of this place. If you want a nice dinner head to Soule Domaine. Lone eagle is an amazing place.
It is a magical environment. Huge space with very tall ceiling and tall windows looking out on forest and lake. The service was wonderful with very cheerful hosts and waiters. I had tomatoe bisque soup and shaved Brussels sprouts. So flavorful and unique. Ambiance was great, food is delicious, and service is good. Amazing view, great food. Ahi poke is excellent. Excellent food and service. You get what you pay for - a much above average tasty meal and service to match. Great restaurant with amazing food and service!
Love the rustic lodge interior We were celebrating our anniversary We had a wonderful dinner. Three of us shared 5 small plates appetizers, salad and sides and one main course. Every dish was delicious! The special dessert, a brownie with black raspberry ice cream and white chocolate mousse was incredible! The best was the staff, Team Amanda and Sherri made our evening sooo much fun and one we will remember for a very long time.

The food, the ambience, the service - always amazing! You must try this restaurant! Excellent food and service - plus you just can't beat the ambiance and stunning lake view. Great place to get engaged. Side dishes were only ok, otherwise food was excellent! Went there for my Birthday dinner on Nov. It was a wonderful evening from beginning to end which included a delicious complementary dessert for the table.
This restaurant is a gem. The views are wonderful from almost every table. The lunch menu is definitely geared for the foodies. From great seafood to soups, salads and bison burgers. Definitely a must when you are at incline village. It was very good except the lunch menu was pretty sparse on choice. Please please please get the Baked Tahoe. Also, reservations are a definite must!
Thanksgiving Weekend Hours:
Some tables stayed empty the whole time we ate. The bar drinks ,food and dinner service was excellent. After dinner we asked for the general manager and his attitude was as bad as the hostess. I own a restaurant and would fire my GM if he treated a customer the way he did. The Lone Eagle has been a favorite of mine for years. It was just days before Christmas, At twenty-nine, Joe is the brilliant protege of Charles Lindbergh, and already a legend in flying circles for his record-breaking speed and state-of-the-art airplane designs.
All Kate sees is a tall, strikingly handsome man who seems at once awkward and larger-than-life, like a shining star — just out of reach. Joe, too, is caught off balance by his response to Kate, seeing in this beautiful young woman vitality and youth, the lifelong soulmate he never expected to find. As the months pass, they will meet again, forging a bond that will set the course of both their lives.
Kate will go off to study at Radcliffe. Joe will skyrocket to fame in modern aviation. But irresistibly drawn to her, like moth to flame, he always comes back to Kate. Never willing to stay, always needing to fly away. As planes are for him, Joe is the passion in her life.
