There wasn't much advice here that a man couldn't put to good use. Maybe the publishers felt that a woman author's work would not be well-received by a male audience regarding this subject? Maybe I'm just projecting I'm a newcomer to exercise with kettlebells. This is exactly the book I was looking for - it explains why kettlebell exercise is efficient and effective.
